In Christianity, this is a ceremony that is believed to provide believers with God’s blessing.

Context

In the Roman Catholic Church there are seven sacraments: Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist, Penance (saying sorry for sins), Anointing of the sick, Matrimony (marriage) and Holy Orders (becoming a priest).
